We aim to respond within 2-5 business days. For bug reports, it helps to include the tool name, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
Tool Suggestions
Have an idea for a tool that does not exist on UltraToolkit yet? We genuinely build tools based on what users ask for — the entire library started because we needed a specific tool ourselves. Send your suggestion to the email above with the subject line "Tool Suggestion" and describe what you need it to do.
We cannot promise to build every suggestion, but we read all of them and the most commonly requested ones do get built.

For legal correspondence including copyright notices, DMCA takedown requests, or privacy-related requests under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection regulations, please send a formal written notice to support@myultratoolkit.com with "Legal Notice" in the subject line.
We will acknowledge receipt of formal legal notices within 5 business days and respond according to applicable legal timelines.
A Note on Response Times
We are a small team. We do not have a support ticket system with guaranteed 24-hour SLAs. What we do have is a genuine commitment to reading every message and responding thoughtfully. Most enquiries get a response within a few days. During busy periods it may take a week.
If your matter is urgent, please include "URGENT" in the subject line and describe the time-sensitive nature briefly.
