1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UltraToolkit ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eternal Aum LLC ('we', 'us', 'our').

2. Platform Description

UltraToolkit is a web-based platform that provides free browser-based utility tools for personal and professional use. All tools are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems
• Systematically extract, scrape, or harvest data from the Platform using automated means without prior written consent from Eternal Aum LLC
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein
• Use the Platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the intellectual property of Eternal Aum LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership rights in any Platform content.

6. User-Provided Content

Any text, data, or files you submit to the Platform for processing are processed locally in your browser or discarded immediately after processing. Eternal Aum LLC does not claim any ownership over content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit any content to the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Eternal Aum LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Aum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon. In no event shall Eternal Aum LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any output generated by tools on the Platform. While we strive to provide reliable and accurate utilities, Eternal Aum LLC makes no representation or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool output. Tools should not be used as the sole basis for decisions in medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical contexts without independent verification.

The Platform may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar third-party advertising networks. These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Eternal Aum LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.
