These Terms of Service govern your use of UltraToolkit (myultratoolkit.com), operated by Eternal Aum LLC. By using UltraToolkit, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written in plain English, not legalese.

1. What UltraToolkit Is

UltraToolkit is a collection of free, browser-based utility tools — PDF tools, image tools, developer tools, calculators, and more. All tools run entirely within your browser using JavaScript. No data is transmitted to our servers during tool operation. UltraToolkit is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use UltraToolkit for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. The tools are yours to use as you need. The only things we ask you not to do:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the platform or its tools
• Use automated bots or scripts to generate excessive traffic or requests
• Attempt to introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code through any input field
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Misrepresent the platform or its tools in a way that could harm other users

3. No Account, No Data

UltraToolkit does not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal information as part of normal tool usage. 4. Advertising

UltraToolkit displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly marked. Ad content is determined by Google's systems and is not controlled by Eternal Aum LLC. By using this platform you acknowledge that third-party advertising is present. Google's use of cookies for ad personalisation is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

UltraToolkit is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Tool outputs should be reviewed by the user before relying on them for any professional, legal, medical, or financial decision.

Specifically: the Invoice Generator is not a substitute for professional accounting software. The Loan Calculator provides estimates only. The SEO Audit Tool provides guidance, not guarantees. Use your judgement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Aum LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UltraToolkit or any tool on the platform. This includes but is not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

7. Intellectual Property

The UltraToolkit name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Eternal Aum LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute the platform or its tools without written permission. The tools generate outputs from your input — those outputs belong to you.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Some tools on UltraToolkit may reference or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes. Continued use of UltraToolkit after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will not notify individual users of changes since we do not collect contact information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
